How do I create a service request?

Creating a service request is easy! Simply fill out a short service request form and submit it to our team. We will handle the rest and connect you with the most qualified technician in your area.

Can I choose the technician who will perform service on my vessel?

In short, yes. Once we match you with qualified technicians you have the ability to accept or reject the candidate. We understand the hurdles of working with new technicians and will always have a short list of replacements in case the first choice isn't the best fit.

What if there is damage to my boat?

We require all of our technicians to carry liability insurance, giving you peace of mind when booking service through Marinely. If there is damage to your boat you will need to coordinate the repairs with your respective insurance providers.

How quickly can I connect with a technician?

Once we receive your service request and match you with a technician, it is up to the technician to respond in a timely manner. Typical responses range from 1 - 24 hours, and we incentivize our technicians to answer as quickly as possible.

Can I schedule multiple service requests at a time?

Yes, you can schedule as many requests as you would like and coordinate each with its respective technician. In the near future we will implement collision avoidance warnings to ensure you are not booking service jobs at the same time. This will ensure a smooth transition when multiple techs are on the vessel at the same time.
